Nancy has been in the hair design industry for nearly 30 years and her vision of excellence and notable career achievements have been with her every step of the way. Nancy is a strong believer in designing hair to fit her client's natural resources and personal image, as they go hand-in-hand to achieve true satisfaction among her various clients.

Nancy's career launched in the Chicago,IL where she opened her first salon, The Hair Gallery. With continued success, the full service salon prospered for over 15 years by staffing more than thirty stylists and beauty specialists as well as serving a loyal, pleasurable cliental base. Due to her exceptional work and creativity, she also received the 1999 "Master of the Craft" award given by the salon industry in Chicago.

Nancy's passion and commitment to her work also shines through in her continued education and desire to stay on the cutting edge of the art of hair designing. She has traveled to several parts of the world to broaden her knowledge of new techniques and product lines. Not only does this help to inspire her own work, it also helps Nancy to educate and motivate her salon team.

Nancy has had the opportunity to study at several academies including: The Vidal Sassoon Training Academy (London, England), Jacque Dessage Training Academy (Paris, France), Jingles artistic Team (New York, NY) and the Toni & Guy Artistic Academy (Dallas, TX).

Nancy has a strong vision for Bella-U Salon. The "You" centered salon atmosphere has been built on the belief that Bella U clients will have a relaxing experience that is all about them.
